Subscription a. Your Black Bird App membership will continue until terminated. To use the Black Bird App service you must have Internet access and a Black Bird App ready device, and provide a current, valid, accepted method of payment. b. Billing and Cancellation a. The membership fee for the Black Bird App service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service will be charged to your payment method on the specific billing date indicated on your "Account" page. b. Governing Law These T&C shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the company is established.
